Warranty & Disclaimer

1. Materials Only

South Florida Panther Parts supplies HVAC parts and materials only. We do not provide installation, repair, or service. All parts must be installed by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable codes.

2. Manufacturer Warranty Pass-Through

Genuine OEM parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which passes through to the end customer subject to the manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. Warranty claims for OEM parts are handled directly by the manufacturer.

3. No Other Warranties

Except for the manufacturer's warranty described above, all products are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, South Florida Panther Parts disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Installation Requirements

Improper installation, modification, or use of HVAC parts can cause property damage, equipment failure, fire, electrical shock, refrigerant exposure, or personal injury. The customer assumes all risk associated with installation and use. Manufacturer warranties are typically void if parts are installed by an unlicensed person or used outside their rated specifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Panther Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, equipment damage, property damage, or personal injury — arising from product use, installation, or failure. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product.

6. Returns of Defective Items

If a part arrives defective or fails on arrival, see our Return Policy. Parts that fail after installation are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
