Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, compatibility issues, or any other reason — with one exception: items that arrive damaged or defective.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hvacpantherparts.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect (including the shipping box and packaging). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

2. No Returns for Other Reasons

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong part ordered or compatibility issues — please verify model and part numbers before purchasing
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Installed or used parts
  • Special-order or custom items
  • Refrigerants and other hazardous materials

If you're unsure whether a part fits your unit, contact us before ordering and we'll be glad to help.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no cost before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and all sales are final.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for damaged or defective items are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of verification.
