Shipping Policy

1. Coverage
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Local pickup and same-day local delivery are available throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
3. Transit Times
- Local pickup (Miami): ready the same day.
- Local delivery (Miami-Dade & Broward): same-day or next business day.
- Continental U.S. ground: typically 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Expedited (2-day / overnight): available at checkout.
Transit times are estimates from carriers and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP. Local pickup is always free. Local delivery in Miami-Dade & Broward is offered at a flat low-cost rate, free over qualifying order totals.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact info@hvacpantherparts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
7. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Reshipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
