Welcome to South Florida Panther Parts ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using hvacpantherparts.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We sell OEM HVAC parts and supplies. We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and select digital wallets. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

6. Materials Only — No Installation Services

South Florida Panther Parts supplies materials only. We do not provide HVAC installation, repair, or service. All parts must be installed by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician. Improper installation may void warranties and create safety hazards.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties pass through to the end customer subject to their terms. Except for those manufacturer warranties, products are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Panther Parts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, equipment damage, property damage, or personal injury arising from product use or installation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Florida Panther Parts and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use or installation of products purchased from us.

10. Intellectual Property

Original content on the Site — our logos, text, and design — is owned by South Florida Panther Parts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Third-party trademarks and product images: Product names, model numbers, logos, and product images displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here solely to identify the products we sell. Their use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship by the manufacturer. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please email info@hvacpantherparts.com and we will promptly review and address the issue.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
